Putri Salju


Bahan :
100 gr   Margarin
50 gr     Tepung gula
1 bt       Kuning telur
125 gr   Tepung terigu
100 gr   Kcang mede sangria, haluskan
1/8 sdt  Garam
100 gr   Tepung gula khusus taburan

Cara membuat :
-                     Kocok margarine dan tepung gula 30 detik. Tambahkan kuning telur, kocok rata.
-                     Masukkan tepung terigu sambil diayak dam diaduk rata.
-                     Tambahkan kacang mede halus dan garam, aduk rata.
-                     Ambil 1 sendok the adonan. Lalu bentuk bulan sabit.
-                     Oven 20 menit dengan suhu 160 derajat celcius. Angkat. Panas-panas gulingkan pada tepung gula.
